By registering for the WODE 2026 Convening you agree to the following:

1. Registration & Eligibility

Registration is open to educators, students, government officials, industry professionals, NGO representatives, researchers, and media. The organisers reserve the right to decline any registration.

2. Accuracy of Information

You confirm all information provided is accurate. False information may result in cancellation of your registration.

3. Data Privacy

Your personal data will be used solely for purposes related to the WODE 2026 Convening including event communications, badge printing, and session planning. It will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

4. Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event.

5. Photography & Media

The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending you consent to your image being used for promotional purposes by the organisers.

6. Cancellations

The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

7. Liability

The organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by participants during the event.

8. Gate Pass

Upon registration a gate pass will be generated. This must be presented at event entry. The confirmation email contains your gate pass link.
